Ask for Help

Wisdom Key: Ask for Help
God never intended for us to walk through life alone. Jeremiah 33:3 assures us that when we call on Him, He will answer and reveal what we do not know. Romans 8:26–27 further reminds us that in our weakness, the Holy Spirit helps us to pray according to God’s will. Asking God for help is wisdom.
Prayer Action Steps:
1. Be honest with God – Tell Him exactly how you feel.
2. Invite the Holy Spirit – Ask for His help and guidance.
3. Pray in tongues (if filled) – Engage the Spirit through speaking in tongues.
4. Stay in prayer until peace comes – Let inner peace be your confirmation.
5. Give thanks in faith – Believe He has heard you and it is done (Mark 11:23–24; 1 John 5:14–15).

God’s Standard for Employers and Leaders

Pay at Due Time — A Call to Righteousness

Leviticus19:13

““Do not take advantage of anyone or rob him. Do not hold back the wages of someone you have hired, not even for one night.”(GNBDC).

This scripture came up in my heart this morning as I was fellowship with God, it was so strong that I had to check my books in case I have missed any. I believe God is deeply concerned about how we treat those who work for us.

In Leviticus 19:13, He commands that we must not exploit or delay the wages of a labourer, even for one night. This is not just a financial instruction; it is a matter of justice, integrity, and compassion.

When wages are delayed, it can affect livelihoods, families, and dignity. Paying at the right time reflects the character of God which is faithful, just, and dependable. As employers, leaders, or stewards, we are called to honour those who serve with fairness and promptness.

Timely payment is not generosity, it is righteousness.
